A short update on what I'm currently doing, inspired by the /now page idea - updated every month or two rather than left to go stale. Or at least that's the plan...

Family

A busy time with a toddler and a baby, keeping heads above water is the name of the game! Overall, however, it is lovely seeing the two of them together.

Reading

I'm currently reading the Dungeon Crawler Carl series. My Currently Reading shelf on Goodreads should give the latest updates.

Riding

Not much lately - two young kids will do that! I have been out a couple of times recently for shorter rides, and I think they might be the last times in 2026 as the weather is starting to turn. More to come next year I hope!

Shooting

Mostly photos of the kids, with a combination of the R6 Mark II (and generally either my 35mm or 24-105 lenses) and the R50 V with the RF 28mm pancake lens (which is more pocketable). I don't share those here.

I'd love to photograph sunrise at the beach again - I'm seeing a lot of sunrises with the kids waking us up at the moment!

Elsewhere

I'm enjoying the Page 94 podcast at the moment, it's a shame it's only out every other week! Otherwise, there's a very funny new series of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia which has just started.
